THE HISTORY OF WOWRUSH RUSHERS
Wowrush Rushers history (mini)
The Wowrush Rushers guild was formed on Silvermoon back in February 2005, a few days after the game was released in the EU. We grew steadily over time, always inviting players that seemed to be cool and have the spirit we all shared. The first members started to ding 60 before summer, and we had quite a bunch reached the cap in the summer. We started a few runs to Molten Core together with friends of our members in August, while we still grew. Some time later we managed to set up our first guild internal only raid, and have done so more or less ever since.November 2005 Blizzard offered server migration to players from Silvermoon, and we decided to move the guild and reform on Kul Tiras, our current home. We did lose some very good friends in that process, and even though we have invited more members later we still miss them J

GUILD FOUNDATION / BASIS / VISION
Guild foundation
The Wowrush Rushers are a guild made up from a bunch of friendly people in a team willing to help each other and play together to have fun. We don’t have any hierarchic structure since we are all mature enough to respect each other and just have fun playing. We don’t have to play with each other; we just want to have our online time as great as we can. We are free to spend our talent points and choose which class we want and so on, again to have the most fun we can online. We have this guild to have someone to play with for quests, raids and fun, without committing ourselves out of the fun part of the game. We will try to really get to know each other keep the personal touch between our members as best as we can. We want the our guild to be a real community, as a part of the wider Wowrush community, to provide a place to hang out, chat with friends and have a good time. This also includes the server and the World of Warcraft community.
What is the "Rusher-Spirit"?
The ‘Rusher Spirit™’ is a sign that the sum of a player’s attitude, maturity, community contribution and respectfulness is so good that people feel good playing and sharing game time with them. Coolness is a word that describes some of it.

GUILD AIM
Guild aim
We aim mostly to let us have the greatest fun possible while playing and that will always be our main priority. As a part of that we will try to conquer every challenge that the game has to offer, with a main focus on PvE content. We are not in a hurry to conquer these challenges, and we are going to stick around as long as we do have fun. We are not a high end raid guild.

GUILD GUIDELINES & RULES
Respect:
Since we all love the game and want to have fun while playing it is important to respect each other and be polite. We don’t tolerate abuse or harassment towards other players, neither towards guild members or other players. We do not tolerate members being rude to each other, no matter what! We do understand that people get pissed every now and then, but that doesn't mean you are allowed to take it out on your fellow guild mates. We are still going to keep a very low tolerance policy on this. We will always try to treat everyone the same way.

Individuality:
Everybody should try to make the online time the best. Which means exactly nobody is bound to guild members, forced to help or other things like this. Feel free to choose your party, your group or just do whatever you feel like. Of course we hope you prefer your guild members, but we know many got friends out of this guild as well.

Community and participation:
There is nothing which can’t be talked about. We urge everyone to say what they want, ask questions and in general speak up, but of course in a civil manner without being rude or impolite. Everyone should be communicative and be able to talk English since it makes life much easier and less complicated, and promotes the community sense even better.

Where is the post with the guild rules on it?
You are reading those now.
What general rules does Rushers have?
You are reading those now.
Do the Rushers use a warning-system for bad behavior?
Yes. Officers will warn someone when they behave in an inappropriate manner. We will also use the direct kick if we think the offence is bad enough. With bad behaviour we are talking about behaviour that shows lack of respect towards both other members of the guild, but also towards other players we meet.

GUILD OVERVIEW AND STRUCTURE
Guild founder and GM:
Madame is The Godess GM which founded this guild on her visions and wanting to create a community to share the fun aspects of the game with. Nomebert is the other GM and he helps Madame out in everything regarding the guild.
Guild status:

We have a wide variety of members from all over Europe and with a wide span in age. We are a guild who accept all members that have the Rusher Spirit and are able to follow our few rules and guidelines.
A complete autoupdated list can be found by clicking here.
How many members/account has Wowrush Rushers?
As of 24/7-2006 we have 116 unique accounts with a total of more than 200 characters
Back to top
Has Rusher any age rules for membership?
No we have not. We are a guild for everyone who can understand and follow our guidelines and rules, and share our Rusher Spirit
Back to top
Current Rusher ranks:
Retired Rusher:
This rank is used for all our old time friends who are not very active, but still logs in every now and then. This rank is not able to raid. People who are knowingly offline for ages (>1 month) will be put into this rank aswell.
Coffee Vendor:
This is the rank we use for new members, so that they can learn the basic of epixx coffee and to serve the needy ones. This rank could also be described as a rank for members on trial with us.
Hordescummies:
This is a honorary rank designed to separate our community members from the Wowrush Dashers guild from the other redundant characters.
Redundancy FTW:
Redundant members will have this rank, to give the guild a overview on which one member have which one character in the guild other than the main character. Members on trial will not be allowed to bring in any alts, as they should focus on integrating themselves into the guild.
Devoted rusher:
This rank is for our member’s main characters. We will use this rank to decide the raid spots - and nobody can expect to change their alt to this rank.
Raid Humper:
This rank is a rank for those of our members who are helping out the guild with leading and orginazing our raids (both 40 and 20 raids). Together with the officers staff the ones with this rank keep our raids going and improving.
Consultant humper:
This rank is designed to separate those members who have earned their trust with our GM so she thinks they will be suited to support and help her out in the management of the guild and her decision making processes. And yes – not everyone is fit to hump a Gnome! The GM got all powers in the process to promote to / demote from this rank.
The Bugger GM:
This is the highest rank of the guild. Nomebert is keeping all the ends together from this rank.
The Godess GM:
This is the highest rank of the guild. Madame is keeping all the ends together from this rank.
Who is our members and there alts?
We have a list of all characters in the guild that is extracted from the game with an add on.
Click here for the member list.
Has Rushers a mentor-system to take care of the Coffee Vendors?
No we have not. We are all mature enough to take care of and play with our new members. And of course most of us appreciate a good cup of epixx coffee
Back to top
What is our Guild Structure?
We have 2 GMs (Madame and Nombert), officers and members. A more detailed view about our structure can be found right up from here.
What obligations does a member have?
To have fun and follow our rules and guidelines. Our members should also keep in mind under which circumstances they were invited and to follow those aswell.

GUILD MANAGEMENT
Guild staff
Madame, Nomebert and the Gnome Humpers are the officers that see to the daily running and management of the guild. Officers spend both in game and out of game time to discuss about what is happening in the guild, and always strife to improve the experience for the members. Officers will meet up regularly (every / every other Monday) to discuss relevant issues. Summaries from these meetings will be posted to the internal forum, and the FAQ will be updated if needed.

Current staff

Azlot,
Chantrell,
Gnaver,
Nomebert, The Bugger GM
Oursaviour,
Subduck,
and Madame The Godess GM.
Who can be an officer?
Every member can be an officer.
Who choose officers?
Madame and Nomebert choose them.
What obligation does an officer have?
The officers are obliged to help Madame and Nomebert run the guild by the means of advising her before decisions are made, and to help her decide on guild subjects. The officers are here to help Madame run the guild in any way we can.
Do the staff have any officers-meeting?
Yes. We usually have officers meetings every or every other Monday, depending on RL obligations to the staff.
Do the officers have different rank/work?
Not different ranks, nothing formal different work. We have over time gotten used to common tasks being done by some of us, but nothing more. We are looking into some sort of work delegation, but haven't finished that yet.
Cooperation between officers and other members.
The officers always try to get as much information about what our members think and are thinking of. This is not something they can do on their own, it requires our members to share their view on situations and cases. Even though we value participation in these matters, the officer’s decisions will end the discussion. Either you trust us and our decisions and words, or you don’t. We are not discussing everything over and over and over asking if it’s fine because some people could otherwise leave the guild. Not anymore cause its just too exhausting. Go with us and pull on the same line or not. But don’t give us this shit: ‘Either you do this or I go’ or ‘You do this than I will go’.
Raid leaders.
Raid leaders are the one(s) who leads the raid (duh). This entails the ordering of pulling, explaining of tactics, overseeing the loot distribution and those raid specific things we feel we need control on during raids. The officers attending raids will help the raid leader with decisions that borders to guild management and will be raid leader assistants. The raid leader and the officers will be the raid leaders. Current Raid leader in the usual order on official raids:
Morias, Aetheriel, Oursaviour, Madame, 'other attending officer'

Current appointed Raid leaders on other raids:
ZG and AQ20 Raids: Madpriestess and Rafe.
Class chat channels.
We have introduced class channels for every class we have in our guild. We urge everyone to join these, for better class community and development, and to sort out class specifics for raids, or for overall guild improvement. Ask any member of your class about channel name ingame.
We do not feel we need dedicated class leaders since what we need are sorted out in the class chat channels. We urge everybody to really use these channels to sort out everything during raids, and for class related discsussion to improve your character.
Does Rushers have some channel in game to join?
We have class channels for all classes in our guild. Class channels names and info can be found by asking any member of your class ingame.

PLAYING THE GAME
Relaxing
Feel at home in this guild, and don’t hesitate to just chill someplace quiet and chat with other players, fish or anything you want to do to get out of the RealLife™ and just relax a bit. You decide how you want to play this game and what you want to do online.
Helping out guild friends
We all want to help each other. But we really hope that if some are not coming right away for help, because they are grinding for themselves or just doing their quests, you guys got some sort of understanding for that. This means exactly not becoming rude in the guild chat channel or in any other channel! People are coming for help that you got your quests done so let them get their quests done too. It is quite ok to still keep asking but don’t get rude if no emergency help is coming. Concerning helping we would appreciate a balance between offering and asking. (Give and thou shall receive :))

We do also require people to help the guild progress with our PvE progress, so all members have to come to atleast 1 official raid every other week if they want to be a part of our community.
Guild events
We will from time to time try to arrange special guild events. The frequency and type of event will not be set. We urge everybody to participate on these, and of course suggest events as well. We have had a history of arranging some guild meetings where we all get together and chat, relax around a bonfire and just talk a bit. We aimed for having these every 3rd Sunday of every month. We have not had any of this in a long time, and we can’t tell when our next one will be. All suggestions from our members are much appreciated.
Do the Rushers arrange Guild meetings?
We have had, and we want to have. We have not been able to have any for quite some time now unfortunately.
Do the Rushers have any Guild events?
All the time, if you count our playing together. We have not had any all-guild events for a long time, and with our diverse player base it is rather hard, if not impossible to gather all online at the same time.
Grinding / farming
We will not force anyone to grind/farm to get some specific gear or items or anything. If you find it fun or necessary to farm or grind for yourself, alone or together with anyone, you are of course free to do so. We are planning to set up some farming days as guild events to prepare and help us with our PvE progress.
Instancing
This game has a variety of dungeons and instances to group up for and play. We will always be going into the different ones, either for some items or quests, or just for the fun of it. Maybe you don't need an item from whatever place we are going, but we normally have a lot of fun - that is what after all what the rushers are all about - so at least don't let that be the reason. If we all say that we will never go to the instance that you need.
Item distribution
We use the standard N/G system that is incorporated into the game for item distribution in these dungeons. If nobody needs the drops, we give it to the group disenchanter if present. If you are going someplace special just to get a specific drop, please ask the group about that before you go or before you loot, to avoid confusing situations. When bringing people from outside the guild, please do agree on the loot rules for that specific run before start, to avoid any misunderstandings and heated emotions .
What instance does Rushers do?
We do every instance our members want to.
What loot-rules does Rushers use if people not from guild attend?
In a guild group with a few pickups, we will explain our rules. In a pickup group with rushers we will negotiate the loot rules before instance start.
Who decide those rules?
Officers decide our rules, the groups decide their rules.
Raiding
We have come to the point where most of our members have a level 60 character and want other challenges than just the farming / grinding and small group instancing. World of Warcraft offers some high end raid instances for that category of players. We provide such raiding to our members on a regular basis. We do not have any set group of players who can come and not, we urge all our members to try this every once in a while since we think it can be some real fun hours playing :) We also encourage all classes to divide / rotate on the different class roles during raids, so everyone can try out the different roles of their char. This is something we typically use the class chat channels for.

When participating in a 40 man raid, there are 39 other people who depend on you to do your best for all to have a fun time. Since we plan to raid for hours at a time, we will of course try to squeeze in some short breaks every now and then. We think it is disrespectful to go AFK without telling anyone and let all the others wait for longer periods.

We will only raid with our main characters, unless specific raids really need someone to play with one of their alts. If this is needed the Raid Leaders will ask for it.

We currently arrange our official raids at these times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 1945-2400.
We will substitute this with 20 man raids if the signups look bad around lunchtime the raidday.

We do also require people to help the guild progress with our PvE progress, so all members have to come to atleast 1 official raid every other week if they want to be a part of our community.

We also have a few special requirements for our members who want to raid with us. We require CT_RaidAssist (CT_BossMod optional) and Ventrilo to listen to raid leaders.
Click here for a list over required and preferred raid tools
Back to top
Do we have any raid attendance requirement?
Yes, we do. We require every member to help us out with our PvE progress atleast once every second week.
Of course vacations and informed about reasons why you can't just this time will not affect this much. But unknown reasons for not signing up will result in a guild kick.
Members have different characters in the guild. Can anyone of those characters be used for high/low instance runs?
Mostly yes. We only have one exception to this, and that is that for the 40 man official raids you can only bring your main character.
What are the Rushers loot-rules in high end instance and low instance with members teaming up?
We only separate our official High-end Raid instances, in which we use Master Looter and DKP system, for the rest we use the common N/G based system
Back to top
Are there any special rules for high-end instance?
Yes. The raiding is somewhat more difficult to both plan and execute, and we have implemented some raid rules to help everybody have the best time raiding. We do not have any special rules regarding other instance runs.
Do the Rushers use DKP-system?
Yes we do, for the official raids.
Who decide on which DKP rules the Rushers use?
The officers, with cooperation from our DKP Master.
Do the Rushers have an n00b guide for high-end raid instances?
Nope. Some of our members do usually link some guides at our internal forum for the next challenge we are facing.
Are there any addons that is required to download for members?
Yes. To be raiding with us we require everyone to install and enable the most updated version of CT_RaidAssist (CT_Bossmod optional)
Download and details can be found here.
Is there special days for high end instance runs?
Yes. We currently arrange official raids on mondays, tuesdays, thursdays and fridays from 1945-2400.
Raid management
The officers decide which target should apply to the next raid, and will post that in the Raid schedules & signup forum. We use a first come – first spot system to fill up the raids, by class numbers. People not getting in will be put in the backup list. We do not use any form of saved spots or any form of priority for one member over another. We use our web site to schedule the raids with targets and signups. We will not invite anyone who has not signed up. We need to be able to plan raids and we do have our work with writing all down. So, if it’s too much to ask for you to write a name down to help us out, we don’t see anymore why we should invite you in game. And this will be uninfluenced by how many sing ups we already have, no matter if we are 20 or 30. If you have not signed up you are not going to be invited to the raid.

When you signup for a raid, you have committed yourself to stay with the raid for the duration, if you can’t be there all the planned time, you have to say so in your signup. Signups that can’t commit to the whole raid can be placed on the backup list. Everyone should check the main list before raid start to see if they are in the main or backup list. When committing for a raid and are on the main list, you don’t change your mind and go play something else like Battlegrounds, since that will be disrespectful of the other raid members.

The officers and raid leader will be in charge of the inviting at raid start, and will be calling the raid end. The invites will be done in such a manner that the DKP tables can be updated accordingly. The officers and raid leader will also communicate between themselves during the raid. The raid leader will handle the raid related incidents, while the officers will handle the guild related incidents.

The raid leaders will have the final say in any situation that needs to be solved during the raid, which can be item distribution, quarrels or anything.
How is it decided who can come on which raid?
We use a web based signup system. We are currently in the process of changing the signup/attendance system some.
Do we have any punishment for people not showing up as signed up?
Yes we do. All bonus and rewards earned in relation with raid can be found within our DKP ruleset.
Current Raid targets
We are for now targeting the following instances:
Onyxia
Molten Core
Blackwing Lair
Zul' Gurub and Aq20 (non official raids)

We need as many members to be able to do these raids as we can, so we should not be saved into any of these instances with any other guild or groups with your main character. Exceptions can be discussed with the officers on a case-by-case basis.
What instance does Rushers do?
We do our current raid targets, and we will always consider which ones we want as our current ones.
Can members go with other guilds to high/low instance?
You can’t be saved with your main character to any of our active instances.
What can happen if members do save themselves with others?
We feel that this would be disrespectful to our other members who rely on everyone to help us out doing the high end instances, and we will consider this carefully. This can be a reason to kick someone from the guild.
Gaining raid experience
Whenever we as a guild are trying to conquer a new boss, if that is Razorgore, Medivh or C’Thun or another we will wipe. We will wipe many times, and even more times. Many of our members really like these experiences where we try new tactics and fine tune our playing. We will not be able to kill that bosses unless everybody who attends is aware that we will wipe, and that they accept that. We suggest that those whining around after a second death think about how high their expectations are and how do they think they can handle even harder bosses, or even kill the one.
Raid items distribution systems
We are using our own Dungeon Kill Point (DKP) system to ensure a fair loot distribution to our members based on raid attendance. We use this system for all the official raids on the official raid days, which is MC, Onyx and BWL raids. The officers adjust the rules on how to earn and spend DKP, while we have Morias as our official DKP master, who keeps an overview on how many points everyone have and what we spend them on. There will be some drops that we will not use DKP on. (Class specific quest items will be distributed as the class wish, and quest items to fulfil some quest (Thunderfury, Hand of Ragnaros etc) will be given to the ones who have spent their DKP on the quest starter)
DKP tables and item history can be found by clicking here.
This will be updated as soon as possible after a raid, and will always show our members and their DKP. People on this list will be removed whenever updated if they are no longer in the guild. New members will of course start at 0 DKP.
How does DKP-system work?
There are many different DKP systems that many guilds use today.
Details about our DKP system can be found by clicking here.

GUILD RECRUITEMENT INFORMATION
Rushers Recruitment Policy
Our first priority regarding recruitment is that we will keep our current members as happy as can be. We will continuously recruit endgame players so we can fill up our raids. We feel that it is better to have a some from each class on the backup list than to cancel raids, and if we don’t get enough signups we will open up for invites.

We are very content with having enough members to do 40 man raids on our 3 raid days, and are not going to recruit lots of new players to form more raid groups. We have had some bad experience with mass recruiting earlier on and want to recruit a bit more controlled.

When we do have an open spot for any class, the most important thing we look at a new member is the coolness of that player. We define coolness as the sum of attitude, maturity, community contribution and respectfulness. We usually refer to this as the ‘Rusher Spirit™’

We acknowledge that people would want to use another class as their main character. This is something we are trying to find a solution on, because it is not possible for us as a guild to have progress if everybody keeps changing their main characters.
Is it possible for your RealLife™ friend/family etc, join guild on other rules?
Not at this time. We do not have any special rules, and we do not want to have any members on special rules that have to be treated different than others.
How can a person become a Rusher?
You can’t become a Rusher, either you are a rusher or you are not. We have not found everyone yet. To be a member in this guild you need to apply on our application forum 'link here' and get a positive response.
Do the Rusher have a special application forum?
Yes. We do.
Our application forum can be found here.

All who wants to become a part of this guild have to register on the forum and make an application post at that forum.
Do the Rushers have any applicant question written down?
No we have not. We have a few sticky posts to make the application process easier for the ones who want to apply. We do believe more in a personal approach than any formula. All our members are free to ask any question they want to our applicants..
Do the Rushers have a trial-period?
Yes we have. In order to ensure we are letting new Rushers join, and not someone who have found a guild which they will not be comfortable with we have a trial period. The length of this period will vary from member to member, depending on how good we feel they fit in. This is a period where both the trial member and the rest of the guild will see if we fit together. This period will be from 2 to 4 weeks, give or take a few days to the closest officer meeting. The officers would like everybody that got some information about the members on trial to share their thoughts with us.
Who decide who can become a member?
The officers have the final word, but all input, positive as negative about the applicants is very useful for the officers in that decision process. The officers encourage everyone to say there opinion on the applicants, preferable in the post in the internal forum we open up for each application, but pm to officers or any other means works aswell.
If a member leaves Rushers can they reapply again?
Yes. But, be aware that we will be stricter to reinvite a former member than a new one.
When people apply to the guild, do we have a minimum of days we want them to wait for answers?
No. We will try to give a answer as quick as we can, and tell them our initial thoughs about their application. We will usually not invite people at once, but we will inform them about the progress. Since we also want our members to have a say, we usually spend some days before deciding unless we are really sure what to decide.
Do we accept people applying to more then one guild at the time, or do we only accept it when they are honest about it in their application?
We do not have any official rules about this. We will always consider every application individually. We understand that many wants to join a guild for various reasons, but we try to look at how they will fit us. Of course not all guilds are as this one, so we will probably ask some questions about such differences when we see that..

Leaving the guild
There are 2 different ways to leave a guild, leaving yourself or being kicked by one of the officers. We hope that all our members really enjoy being in this guild, and that they don’t want to leave us. We also know that the world does not work like that, and that some of our members will be chasing new challenges and a community that fits them better, and that they also feel more comfortable in. We do not have any problems with people leaving, but we would really think that a little explanation is something we deserve before people leave us.

We have discussed what to do when people leave our guild in a rush when they are upset and even more than that. We would very much like everybody to calm down and talk to the officers before leaving in a hurry, since we feel that a /gleave without further explanations is somewhat disrespectful to us and our effort to make people enjoying this community.

A kick from one of the officers is a rather unusual event, and we will not do this unless we are really sure that it is deserved. We have taken a zero tolerance approach to offences against our main rule about respect and our guild basis. Rest asure that no officer will kick anyone without the backup from the others officers, and a pretty good reason to do so.

Can a member get kicked out of guild?
Yes. Every member can be kicked out of the guild.
What can be different reasons for being kicked?)
Disregarding our rules about respect for each other, doing something officers specifically tells not to, are 2 reasons, not chipping in for our PvE progess another one. We will not kick anyone on a hunch, we require officers to have a very good reason and that should well discussed before kicking anyone.

Can a member apply to other guilds while in the Rushers?
Yes. We know that our way doesn't always fit everybody elses way on how to do stuff and have fun. If you are going to apply to other guilds, tell us about it before we find out, or else you better hope you get in there.
What are the consequences if you as a member apply to another guild without previously telling a officer?
We have not a fixed reaction to this, but we regard this as a very disrespectful action towards the rest of the guild. We might go to the step of asking them to leave the guild, or even kick them.

Reinviting former members:
We are less inclined to automatically reinvite people that are no longer in the guild. There is a reason you are not in the guild, and the reason is on your shoulders. The only way to have a slight possibility for a reinvite is if you come to the officers and present your case, and it better be convincing enough. You will have the burden of convining us that you should be reinvited, not the other way around. Why should we reinvite you, when things didn’t work out the first time?
How should a former member apply to be reinvited?
They must post a application like everyone, and really try to convince us to let them back in.

GUILD TOOLS, ADD ON’S & VOICE COMMUNICATIONS
In game tools
Guild Message of the Day (GMOTD):
Our welcome message is for guild internal stuff which means for example, pronounce new members, refer to forum stuff you want to have discussed, raid related information or anything like that. GMOTD can be changed by the officers.
Guild chat channel:

We use the guild chat to relax and have fun, and to communicate with fellow guild members. All chat should be in English so everyone can participate, and in a decent manner. If someone got something to say, we ask you to respect the question and try to help out and answer, just show that u are listening. We don't tolerate abusive or offending language in the guild chat in any way.

Out of game tools
Website and forums:
We have our very own internet site at 'www.wowrush.com' to provide our members with community information and forums. We require that everybody make an account there and urge for forum participation. We don’t require participation in our forums, but if you don’t speak your mind, we will not be able to hear you
Voice communication:

We have access to Shenaras Ventrilo (VT) server (Big thank you Shen!), which we use for our official raids, and whenever we feel like talking to the other members. We require everybody to at least listen to the raid leaders on VT during our official raids
Back to top
Do the Rushers have any rules for a member to visit forum? (ones a week/month)
No we have not. We require that everyone register for an account, and atlest are able to pop by there every now and then. We use the site and the forum actively, so if our members don't pay attention there, they will be a bit lost over time. Members can't join any raids without signup up on the forum either.
If not, is it time to implement it?
No we don’t think so. If you want to be a part of our community you should do this on your own account. We do have many discussions about guild stuff going in our internal forum, and if you don’t speak up, you will not be heard.
Do the Rushers use voice communications?
Yes we do, and we do require everyone to at least listen to it during raids. Details about server and setup can be found 'link here'
Will raiders able to use ventrillo be preferred on behalf of the ones who dont use it?
Yes they will. We don’t require anyone to speak on VT, but we have to have everybody there to listen to what the raid leaders are saying, to ensure that the whole raid knows what is going on in a timely manner.

GUILD BANKS AND ITEMS
Guild banks
We have various bank characters to collect different sort of stuff for the guild. The Guild bank has its own sticky in the internal forum. Bank inventory will be available on the forums only. People are welcome to both donate items and request items, all items must be sent to the bank char that has the desired item in its inventory with the ingame mail system. We have different sorts of bank characters, which the way to get items out is somewhat different.

Rusherspeon: Collects BoE items, books and other stuff which is free and requestable for all members.
Recipepeon: Collects recipes, patterns and such. All items are free and requestable for all members.
Mcpeon: Collects tradegoods and stuff from raids, which is used to craft and for the guilds benefit. Items are not requestable.
Stuffbert: Collects tradegoods, BoE and other stuff for auctions.

The free requestable items will be handed out by request in a ‘first come – first served’ basis, however it is required that players actually can and will use these items. Bankers will also use common sense to prevent the same player for collecting all items in the bank.
Click here to see the Guild Bank sticky in our Internal Forum (Neeed access rights to Rushers Internal forum).

Do the Rushers have a guild-bank?
Yes. We have various bank characters. Right now we have 4 different ones.
What is stuff in guild bank used for?
All stuff in the guild banks are supposed to benefit the guild somehow. Most common use is to give out to members who need anything and to craft special items we need to conquer the new challenges.
Can members donate to guild-bank?
Yes of course. Just send the things you want to donate to one of the bank characters we have.
Can members get stuff for free/buy from guild-bank?
Yes. We have various categories of items in the bank, with different ways for a member to aquire them. Some will be handed over by the guild, some can be requested for free, some auctioned for either free or DKP.

Free items distribution
Reputation pimping with ingame factions:
We have pimped some members over time with hard to get stuff to boost their reputation with specific factions, so the guild can craft needed items. We don’t have any plans of continue doing this as of now.
Main tank pimping:

We did pimp one warrior as MT1 for quite some time when we first started to raid Molten Core, but we don’t have any plans of doing that again. He received some tank items as first warrior without spending or earning any DKP.
Rquestable free for all items:

We have quite a lot of items in our bank that should be used by the rushers who needs them. We got one special bank character for these kind of items, namely Rusherspeon.
Crafted items
We have over time crafted items for our members, to ensure our ongoing PvE progress, and to give something back to the ones who helped us gather all those items during our raids. We do always keep an eye up for the need of more items, and make then when we find we got enough materials to do so. We have crafted the following items for our members; Dark Iron Legs, Helms and Bracers to most of our warriors for Fire Resistance, Onyxia Scale Cloaks to many of our members for BWL encounters. A more comprehensive list over who have gotten what items can be found ‘here’.
Item auctions
We have started to auction away most of the stuff we have in the Guild Bank. We will now auction Trade Goods from the Guild Bank for all our members to enjoy. This is for our members only, and NOT to give/sell to any others! This is primarily meant for your MAIN char, let us know if you want to buy something for your alts! For us it is a very serious offence if you sell/give this to out of guild people! We will use the DKP table valid at end time of the auction, and you can’t go below 0 DKP with an Auction. If you win and don’t have the DKP for it anymore, the next one on the list will get it. If the demands are higher than our current supplies, we will /random for the items. We have 3 type of auctions; Trade Good DKP auction, BoE Epic auctions and Free Stuff Auction. All auctions well be held over a fixed time, so everyone should be able to see it and participate if they want to
Trade good DKP auction:

We will do this auction whenever we got a bunch of stuff in the bank. We will limit the amount each member can request each auction. We have set prices on the different stuff; Fiery core, Lava core: 3 dkp each, Core Leather: 1 dkp each, Dark Iron Bars: 1 dkp each and Nexus crystals: 12 dkp each .The requests must be placed into the auction post as a reply.
BoE Epic item auction:

Whenever we open up a Auction for the BoE Epix we got (will be based on a random trigger) the auction itself is just the same as for the Trade Goods DKP auction. The only exception is: Your bids must be PM’ed to the Auctioneer, NOT replied in the post (ie Hidden 1 round bidding, just like on the raids), and we have a minimum amount of 25 DKP (just like on the raids)
Free stuff auction:

We will from time to time put up stuff for grabs. This is mostly Blue(Rare) BoE items looted during raids. Items not requested will be put on the in game AH and either Disenchanted or vendored if not sold.
